How to choose — eight decision paths

  • Business leaders & cross-functional professionals

    AI for Business Professionals · €1,995 · 1 day

You need shared AI literacy before anyone buys more seats. One day aligns executives and professionals on what agentic delivery actually requires — vocabulary, risk, and ROI — so later technical spend lands on a common picture.

  • Managers & directors before a multi-day commitment

    Catalyst Leadership · €1,249 · half-day

You are funding a workshop or immersion next quarter and need leadership aligned first. Catalyst is the half-day decision session: go, park, or scale — with concrete next-step options instead of another slide deck.

  • Development teams ready to build on their repository

    Development Team Workshop · €4,995 · 1–2 days

Engineering owns the outcome and you want artifacts checked into your repo this week. This is our recommended hands-on block: agent loops, context layers, and review rituals on your codebase — not generic tool tips.

  • Teams with agent loops live but token burn or context quality is the pain

    Context Engineering & Token Optimization Workshop · €4,995 · 1–2 days

Agents work but every run ships too much context, bills spike, or quality drops when someone trims prompts by guesswork. This Optimize block engineers layered context, retrieval, compaction, and token budgets on your stack.

  • Platform & engineering leads scaling agent fleets org-wide

Control Plane at Scale Workshop · €7,995 · 2 days

Agent loops work in one squad but review queues and untracked runs spike across teams. This advanced block stands up orchestration, observability, governance gates, and the control plane leadership needs before immersion or embed.

  • Whole teams needing multi-day, role-specific depth

    Custom Team Immersion · €16,800 · 3–4 days

Standard workshop depth is not enough — you need shared whole-team time plus private breakouts per role. We shape the block to your risks and ship merge-worthy artifacts across product, design, and engineering.

  • Organizations embedding us inside active delivery

    Embedded Implementation · €4,995 + €2,000/month

You want sustained transformation, not a single event. €4,995 onboarding plus €2,000 for each month we embed inside your cadence — standing up factories, verification gates, and team rituals until you are ready to run solo.

  • Individual builders & freelancers in Barcelona

Dark Factory or Agentic Coding workshop · €600 or €399 · 1 day

You pay your own ticket and want a focused in-person day. Choose Dark Factory (€600) to stand up a Harness and factory basics with diploma path, or Agentic Coding (€399) for a repo-native agentic coding day — pick dates on the workshop calendar.

Agentic Coding Coaching

Workshops are coached by senior EasySpecs practitioners — product, structured requirements, and platform architecture at the table with your team, not junior facilitators reading slides.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Catalyst, the development team workshop, custom immersion, and embedded implementation?

Catalyst leadership (€1,249) is a half-day alignment session for managers before you fund a multi-day block. The development team workshop (€4,995) is our recommended 1–2 day hands-on build on your repository. Custom team immersion (€16,800) is 3–4 days with shared whole-team time plus private breakouts per role — higher depth across functions. Embedded Implementation is €4,995 onboarding plus €2,000 for each embedded month inside your delivery cadence. Workshop and immersion ship artifacts into your repo; embedded transforms how the team runs week to week.

Can sessions run remotely for distributed teams?

Yes. Company programs run over video with artifacts landing in your repository. Distributed teams often benefit more because agentic engineering forces implicit knowledge into written context. Individual Barcelona workshops (Dark Factory and Agentic Coding) are in-person only.

Which languages and frameworks do you support?

Principles are universal; exercises follow your stack — Java, Python, JavaScript, Go, C#, TypeScript, React, Spring, Django, .NET, and more. agentic coding patterns map to your build, test, and review toolchain. Coaching is available in English, Spanish, or Catalan.

What is the minimum team size?

Company workshops are useful from about three people up to large orgs. Small groups get intensity; eight to fifteen balances peer learning; bigger roll-outs usually sequence champions after the first immersion. Individual workshops are single-ticket — no minimum beyond one seat.

What happens after the last workshop day?

You keep every artifact in your repository — prompts, rules, checklists, and notes. We include a focused wrap-up conversation and written recommendations. Additional embedded months are scoped at €2,000/month; there is no bundled content subscription.

We already pay for Copilot or Cursor — why training?

A seat gives access; it does not give shared practice. agentic coding still needs context design, verification, and ownership. agentic engineering is how those habits scale across roles. Training aligns the team on one professional standard instead of ten private workflows.

Dark Factory workshop vs Agentic Coding workshop — which individual ticket?

Dark Factory (€600) is one intensive day on Harness, compound engineering, verification, and standing up factory basics — includes a diploma path after exam. Agentic Coding (€399) is a repo-native agentic coding day aligned with our development team workshop curriculum spine, without the Dark Factory diploma track. Both are in-person in Barcelona; pick dates on the individual workshop calendar.

When should we start with AI for Business Professionals vs a technical workshop?

Choose AI for Business Professionals when leadership and cross-functional staff need shared AI literacy before anyone funds tools or engineering blocks. Move to Catalyst or the development team workshop once sponsors agree on risk, scope, and who owns verification.

Can we pilot one team before rolling out org-wide?

Typical. Prove agentic engineering with one crew, document the playbook in-repo, then replicate with additional modules, a second cohort, or Custom Team Immersion for adjacent roles.
