EasySpecs Labs

Trust is the new engineering. Now build it.

You came to the webinar for 100×. You left knowing the gap was never speed — it was trust. The Dark Factory Workshop is where you learn to engineer it: factories that ship code you'd stake production on, without a human reading every line.

One-time Summer Edition

Anyone can make AI write code. Almost no one can make it write code you'd trust in production. That skill has a name now — Trust Engineering — and it's about to become the whole job.

If you already agree…

You climbed these on the webinar. This page is the continuation — not a re-pitch.

  1. The attention ceiling is real — babysitting agents is a serious cost now
  2. Making yourself faster cannot reach 100× — your hands are the ceiling
  3. The gap isn't speed. It's trust
  4. There is a craft for that — Trust Engineering / Dark Factory — not more prompting
  5. Engineered trust cannot be trial-and-errored safely (failures stay invisible until production)
  6. The cost of not learning this isn't €199 — it's the roadmap while someone else ships at factory speed

Then the Summer Edition is logistics, not persuasion.

The 1.5× trap

100×

promised

1.5×

measured

Making yourself faster cannot reach 100×. It's arithmetic. Your hands are the ceiling. Past your attention ceiling, code must ship that no human read — only possible when trust is engineered, not reviewed.

What you'll walk out able to do

By the end of the workshop, you will have built and operated your first factory you can trust — not watched a demo of one. Specifically, you'll be able to:

  • Design a loop from a goal, not a prompt — and know when a task should become one
  • Engineer a verification cascade (deterministic + probabilistic checks, chained) so output can be trusted without a human reading it
  • Orchestrate beyond single loops — paths and trees — into a working factory
  • Spot the three debts (verification, comprehension, maintenance) before they ship to production, not after
  • Leave with a repeatable method you can point at your own codebase on Monday

Everything the webinar pointed at — assembled

The Trust Engineering curriculum. Outcomes only.

  • Verification Engineering

The skill that decides if your factory runs lights-out — where the three debts die.

  • Factory Design Patterns

The architectures that keep generator and evaluator honest at scale.

  • Holdout Scenarios

Testing your loops with checks the loop can't game.

  • Your First Shift

You build and operate a verified loop on a real project — live with us.

Who this is for

This is for you if you're already shipping with AI agents and you've felt the ceiling — the review hours, the code you half-trust, the nagging sense that "faster" plateaued. You do real engineering and you want to keep doing it as the ground shifts.

This is not for you if you're looking for a prompt-tips course or a way to skip engineering entirely. The vibe-coding shortcut is exactly what this workshop is the opposite of.

Proof

We don't teach theory. Our own factory analyzed a one-million-line application and produced full documentation plus a code audit in five hours — and no human read those million lines. The verification cascade did.

Category proof: Bun's factory-scale rewrite — 750K lines, Zig → Rust, 11 days, 99.8% tests green. Hundreds of parallel agents. Nobody reads that diff; engineered trust unlocks the run.

The pattern isn't ours alone: OpenAI reached the same conclusion — that human attention, not agent capability, was the bottleneck — and built their own non-interactive factory to get past it. What we teach is how to build one you can trust.

The cost of waiting

The gap isn't static. Every month at 1.5×, the distance to factory teams widens — and compounds. A factory team ships your yearly roadmap in a month. The cost of not learning this is not €199 — it's the roadmap.

It's the why. The workshop is the how — where you build the thing the recording only showed you.

FAQ

Can't I just learn this from blog posts?
You can learn the anatomy of a loop from a blog post. You can't learn the judgment that makes a factory trustworthy — because the part that fails does so invisibly, and by the time trial-and-error shows you, it's already failed in production. The workshop is where you build one that holds, with people who run them.
What if I fall behind in the live sessions?
Nothing is lost. Every session is recorded and yours for life. The €199 and the cohort seat are what expire — not your access to the material.
Is this just about loops?
Loops are the first step. The workshop covers the full craft — orchestration across loops, paths and trees, plus the verification that makes any of it trustworthy.
I've been coding for years — is this too basic?
If anything, it assumes you can already build. What it adds is the layer above: engineering trust so you can ship what agents produce without reading every line.

Shall we continue?

If you agree the attention ceiling is real… that the gap is trust, not speed… that engineered trust cannot be trial-and-errored… then this Summer Edition is just logistics.

Prompt engineering lasted three years. Context engineering, eighteen months. Trust Engineering is the layer that matters now — and this exact workshop will not run again.
