Sub-agents — context isolation, model assignment

Sub-agents are specialised workers that run in their own context window; their
verbose output (file searches, log dumps, intermediate reasoning) stays isolated and
only a summary returns to the main conversation, keeping the main context clean.
Students also learn to assign cheaper, faster models to grunt-work sub-agents and
reserve the capable model for reasoning, controlling cost without sacrificing
quality.
