Designing a harness configuration; `.claude/` as team infrastructure

The capstone of the module: composing the surfaces into a coherent configuration for
a real project, and treating the configuration directory as shared team
infrastructure — version-controlled, pruned regularly, with awareness of when the
wrong surface is being used for a job. Connects forward to EB-3 (architecture) and
EB-8 (accountability).
