Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of easyspecs.ai (the “Product”), offered by Spaii Edutainment SL (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company based in Barcelona, Spain. By using the Product, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
easyspecs.ai is provided as a free tool. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or the entire Product at any time, with or without notice. “Free” means we do not charge you a fee for access as described at the time you use the Product; we may introduce paid plans or limits in the future, in which case we will update these Terms or provide separate terms where required.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Product. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us of any unauthorised use of your account where such a channel is made available.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Product in violation of law or third-party rights;
- attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or breach security or authentication;
- use the Product to distribute malware, spam, or misleading content;
- reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits we impose, except where such restrictions are unenforceable under applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
The Product, its branding, and our content are owned by Spaii Edutainment SL or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any licence to our trademarks or logos except as needed to use the Product as offered. You retain rights to your own content; you grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Product (for example, hosting, processing, and displaying what you submit).
5. Disclaimers
The Product is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. As a free tool, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the Product will meet your requirements.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Spain and the EU, Spaii Edutainment SL and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Product. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Product shall not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred euros (€100) or (b) the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim (which may be zero while the Product remains free). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies in your browser or device to run the Product, remember preferences, keep you signed in where applicable, measure performance, and understand how the Product is used.
Depending on how we configure the Product, this may include:
- Strictly necessary cookies and storage required for core functionality (for example security, load balancing, or maintaining your session).
- Functional technologies that remember choices you make (such as language or UI settings).
- Analytics or performance cookies and similar tools that collect aggregated or pseudonymous information about visits, errors, and feature usage.
Where required by law (including the EU ePrivacy rules and the GDPR), we will seek your consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies, and we will provide a way to review or change your choices where we offer a cookie or preference centre. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Product from working.
8. Tracking and analytics
We may use analytics, diagnostics, and tracking technologies (including third-party scripts, pixels, or SDKs) to measure traffic, conversions, product quality, and marketing effectiveness. These tools may collect identifiers such as IP address, device and browser type, general location (for example derived from IP), referral URLs, and on-site behaviour.
Data may be processed by subprocessors or partners outside the European Economic Area. Where we rely on standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other mechanisms approved under EU law, we do so to safeguard international transfers as required.
Your browser may send a “Do Not Track” signal; there is no uniform industry response to DNT. We treat consent and preference controls (where offered) and applicable law as the primary way to manage non-essential tracking.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. If changes are material, we will use reasonable means to notify you (for example a notice in the Product or by email if we have your address). Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For consumers resident in the EU, mandatory protections of the country where you live may also apply. Courts located in Barcelona, Spain shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Product, subject to any non-waivable rights you have to bring proceedings in your home courts.
